10:30am - We depart. Cam runs a drivers briefing before we go. Nothing intimidating - just structure so everyone has a good time and gets to lunch safely.

12:00pm - Lunch at Coffee Merchant in Mansfield. I'm buying. Included in your ticket.

3:00pm - Done. Whether that's the end or the start of another adventure is up to you.

Please refill your tank to 100% before arriving at the event. There is 98 fuel at Eildon.

An email from Tourboss will arrive after registration - an app designed to streamline the event with many features that will ensure it is safe, efficient and most of all, enjoyable. EVENT TICKET CONDITIONS

ULTIMATE SEND / STAY DRIVEN

This ticket is issued subject to the following conditions. By purchasing, holding, or using this ticket, you agree to comply with all Event conditions.

Ticket Use and Entry

• This ticket must be presented upon entry. Printed or digital tickets are accepted.

• Tickets are valid only for the named participant unless formally transferred in accordance with these conditions.

Participant and Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be 18 years or older and hold a current and valid driver’s licence. P plate holders are permitted. Learner permits are not permitted.

• Drivers must maintain a BAC of 0.00 during all driving portions of the Event.

• Children must be 12 years of age or older to attend.

• All vehicles must be registered, roadworthy, and appropriately insured.

• Use of the Tour Boss app is a mandatory requirement of participation in the Event.

• No pets or animals permitted at the Event, except where required by law.

Road Rules and Conduct

• All driving stages take place on public roads.

• All road rules must be obeyed at all times.

• No hooning, reckless, dangerous, or antisocial driving will be tolerated.

• Any participant engaging in unsafe or illegal behaviour may be immediately excluded from the Event with no refund or credit issued.

Weather, Routes, and Event Changes

• This is an all weather Event and will proceed rain, hail, or shine.

• In the event of roadworks, natural disasters, safety risks, or other circumstances affecting the planned route, the Event Organisers reserve the right to modify or reroute the drive, including via the Tour Boss app, without notice.

Attendance and Briefing

• Attendance at the compulsory driver briefing is mandatory.

• Any driver not present at the briefing will be deemed a no show and excluded from the Event with no refund or credit.

Refunds, Transfers, and Credits

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

• More than 24 hours prior to the Event, tickets may be transferred to another person subject to approval and registration, or the ticket value may be transferred as credit to a future Event.

• Within 24 hours of the Event, no transfers, changes, or credits are permitted. No exceptions apply.

By registering for and participating in the Drive Day on EJ, activity or event (Ultimate Send & Stay Driven) organized and/or promoted by Drive With Cam Pty Ltd trading as Ultimate Send  (ACN 687604842), Patrick Josef James T/AS Stay Driven ABN: 35 895 090 521 or its representatives, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers (Drive With Cam P/L), you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk and release Drive With Cam P/L from any and all liability with respect to any expense, injury (including loss of life, disability or serious harm), loss, damages (including property damage or theft), negligence or actions (Loss) which may result from or arise from your travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event, whether dangerous, hazardous or otherwise, unless any related activities, unless any Loss is directly caused by the sole gross negligence of Drive With Cam P/L. Please do not participate if you do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish to be exposed to such risks.

Driver participants must be the age of 18 or older and hold a current and valid driver’s license You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle you participate in is registered, road worthy and appropriately insured. Any failure to do so, is your own responsibility and Drive With Cam P/L is not liable. You must ensure that you behave in a safe and socially responsible manner at all times whilst participating in the Event. Participation in or attendance at the Event does not exclude your requirement to comply with all road laws applicable to the roads traveled. Drive With Cam P/L does not encourage or endorse unsafe or illegal driving. Any participant that chooses to engage in unsafe or illegal driving does so at their own risk and may be excluded from the event by Drive With Cam P/L.

In exchange for being able to attend or participate in the Event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless and keep indemnified Drive With Cam P/L to the maximum extent permitted by law in respect of any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand or cause of action however arising including but not limited to negligence by any person.

Nothing in this document is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying any rights you may have as a result of significant personal injury that is caused by the reckless conduct of Drive With Cam P/L as the provider of the Event, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Except as otherwise provided by law, Drive With Drive with Cam P/L liability is limited to the minimum liability allowable by law.

You acknowledge that you do not have to agree to these terms and conditions. However, if you do not agree, Drive With Cam P/L reserves its right to exclude you from participation in or attendance at the Event.
